Fantastic to be a part of ’s first birthday celebrations today with and the centre’s other fabulous tenants. Love having such a vibrant, creative, collaborative hub in this corner of Wales and proud to be a small part of it. Penblwydd Hapus Yr Egin! 🎉

Whatever he’s got (and also worked hard for) is contagious - he’s an inspiration!

Where you are is not who you are. Neither is it where you will be forever. There IS hope. If you can’t see it, ask someone to help you see it. If you know it, reach out and make sure those around you know it too.

Looking for a venue in Swansea area suitable for delivering training to teenagers. Need a venue with two rooms each big enough to hold approx 20 teenagers for training, group work & games. Will need catering. NHS budget. Golf / Rugby clubs / Community Halls / other ideas?

Reminds me of me (5ft11) every time I see (4ft10). What’s a foot between friends?

Another brilliant weekend. This time a spectator rather than a runner, unless you count running from the start to the 8mile mark then up to the finish line to cheer loudly! Between that & yesterday’s fab family fun run I’m ready for a nap! Bravo runners 🙌

I’ve had to pull out due for health reasons unfortunately. I’ll be about supporting those I persuaded to do it with me though 🤦‍♀️

I’m working as a Smoking Prevention Trainer. Having lots of fun working with Year 8s (12/13yr olds) training them to become Smoke Free Ambassadors and influence their peers to remain smoke free. Lots of fun and great to be involved in delivery rather than at the desk 24/7!

Turns out it wasn’t quite as embarrassing as the follow up question to ‘has anyone here ever fainted?’. Yes I was that girl who fainted in the ‘period talk’ in school! I wonder why I never voluntereed for Training before.

The second of three training days and I finally agreed to volunteer in front of the class. How embarrassing could it be?
