I would suggest if someone on behalf of your gran can return to the store and our colleagues will investigate this with the supplier. From there you would expect a written response within 14 working days. 2/3

Hi Alex, thanks for getting in touch. I'm really sorry to see this! This is known as fat bloom in chocolate, and happens because of how it has been stored - usually this is caused by moisture. Where did you keep these in your house until you ate them? TY - Dani
