Our nurses’ name tags only have their first names. I only learn their last names when they add me as Facebook friends! I think they memorize last name cuz it’s how they enter orders....

Our nurses stopped calling me by my first name a bit ago and I dunno why? But I think it might be to support the patients identifying me as their doctor...? (Our women in medicine group has been teaching around bias in the workplace)
