I gather feedback directly on the design. For web design invision. For all other projects I use Dropbox’s direct commenting feature. Both allow teams to see others’ comments and resolutions. I use as a hub for client to find all things anytime.

good questions. I see pros and cons... I think both need to be able to stand alone, but written shouldn't just be an annoted script of the video. The different formats lend themselves to different strengths and maybe slightly different / supporting content. ....???

Whenever I’ve taken online courses, I get the most value out of the ones that have the live video plus text/photo version

Don’t hate me but...both! Video training is crucial for me. But having the written explanation/images is key as well. Easier to absorb the concepts first by video, and easier to go back and re-read reference the text once I’m actually ‘doing’ the new thing.

Keep in mind... you’re talking to a detail oriented perfectionist. I might not be the majority. (But then again, if this question is aimed at designers.. I might be? Ha)

And if you already have a code background it’s probably not too hard to sift through and say - ‘it does/doesn’t make sense to start here’, ‘I’ll save this for later,’ ‘this one is great / this one is trash’ ...but without that working knowledge, it can just be frustrating.

Yes, exactly! A resource that is current, relevant, and organized in a progression of what to learn first, second, third... I know that’s probably a bit oversimplified, but there are 8gajillion course platforms/sites/tutorials, etc...

Time + Where to start? Millions of resources - a good thing - but can be overwhelming and confusing.

Typically by the Nature of the project. Clear scope/parameters/goal - value based. (If scope grows I simply quote the additional OOS work) Retainer-type setups are based on hourly rates.

Well, I’m on the board of CURA Brazil. () Did the site ages ago. Not sure if that’s helpful or exactly what you have in mind/are looking for! I have a few others to recommend - I’ll get the links and send em your way ASAP!
