Hi Kim, this is down to the venues individually. Some of our chains have told us if they do/don't accept the EOHO which will be on their pages on our app/site. If you call the restaurant and ask when booking they will let you know. Just remember how busy they are at the moment!

Hi DJ, we will have sent a reminder email to your wife 30 days before renewal. Unless we are told to stop a membership renewal we would automatically take the payment as agreed. If you ask your wife to get in touch via DM with her membership details we can look into this for her.
