Yes, I've read the paper and know what the author means by inaccesible. I found it ironic that a paper discussing scientific inacessibility is hidden behind a paywall.

Yes, most of us realize this. It's still ironic that a paper that is focused on the larger topic of "science accessibility" is hidden behind a paywall.
