Sorry, I somehow thought you were in UK. So where are you based? I am pretty sure you should have some free legal advice there (or at least we could find someone that is not a lawyer but keen to help you fill in the form).

After reading FAQ on Patreon I understood that you are filling in the form just for their records if you are based outside of US. In your country you need to pay a regular tax from the income. I know that in Poland there is some free lawyers help so maybe there is as well in UK?

One element for whole round shape with a gradient bg, a ::before element for cut-outs (using box shadow to copy-paste it) and ::after for the opaque element spinning around.

The only pink thing there are the ad screens in the Play Store, there is no pink inside the app from what I see on the screenshots.
