A walk & talk in nature went down really well in a team wellbeing session today. These hard working clinical staff appreciated moving outdoors, listening & noticing. "it's just really relaxing..." More encouragement for our staff Nature Based Wellbeing Programme 😊💚

Thank you so much Dewi, how wonderful that my words resonated so much with you! For today's therapy sessions, we started where the woods meet the river! 😁

Choice is central, having options & being led by participant need. Thank you for this.

Yes! Although I want to work with moving in & through the weather rather than taking shelter but a plan B is always helpful 😊

After a long morning online, learning how to facilitate virtual workshops, this was my "office" for the afternoon! What a contrast. Taking my therapy sessions outdoors is one of the best thing I've ever done! 💚🌿

Some beautiful old trees Tracey, the way their branches reach out across the sky is wonderful.

I love the coast path too, can absolutely understand this. I love to run the boundary between earth, sea & sky, find it very uplifting & exhilarating. What is it about the coast that appeals to you?

Looks like a very calming place to be Michelle, is that close to where you live?

I notice how deeply my body relaxes & lets go when I spend time in the woods. It happens quietly, gently & without me needing to do anything. Being fully present, soft fascination, immersed in a sensory tapestry not bounded by time. 🌿 Does this resonate with you?
