So... This is what happens in our backyard during lockdown. While I'm hard at work in the office. 😳 I think I should stay home to supervise!

Ah, so good to be able to step outside during a busy day - or, even better, actually do some work outside, have a meeting outside or do a walk and talk! πŸ˜ŠπŸ’š

I've made the effort today to prise myself away from my desk & have a wander. This is literally 2 mins from my office. Some background noise but breeze, birdsong, bugs & butterflies... And breathe... πŸ’š

I agree Charlie. And sometimes I just need to sit & watch the clouds, leaving all the questions & conundrums to themselves. It can be exhausting. Important, and exhausting. So having a little rest now & then is good for the soul. πŸ’™

Me too Anna- I'm finding it more of a challenge at the moment with these new ways of working & ever increasing demands. And feeling the impact of not getting the balance quite right - work in progress & worth the effort! Let's catch up soon... 😊

A single 400-year-old ancient oak produces 234,000 litres of oxygen a year, and may support more than 2,000 species of bird, insect, fungus, and lichen. Via . Let's look after the trees 🌳

Is it helpful to reflect on times when we have openly shared & this has been received with compassion? What enabled this? Is there learning here? Or do we struggle to recall instances at all? Noticing that I've responded to your questions with more questions 😊

For the young person I think Mike, something to listen to. But resource for the parent would be helpful too.
