Personally, I've evolved my facilitation so that groups can have similar discussions without getting 'boxed in' or feel restricted by terminologies.

It has very clear uses, too. When it gets used for purposes it's not designed for, it becomes problematic. The psychological underpinning is hotly under the spotlight, and doesn't help its credibility.

Hi, sorry I didn't respond yesterday. I'm actually a fan of the MBTI, and am certified to give feedback at Step I. It gets a bad rap for a number of reasons. It can be insightful for people who haven't thought about difference and why we struggle to work well with others.
