I wonder to what extent the public are waking up to the fact that *every single one* of these endless 'Get Ready for Brexit' communications shows Brexit making life far more difficult and complicated whilst *not a single one* shows Brexit making life easier or better.

I also noticed Andrew Bridgen, when interviewed on C4 News yesterday, began to say that it was a good deal for NI as would mean less economic damage there, and then quickly stopped himself - presumably realising the implications of what he was about to say.

I'm not looking forward to the season finale of 'The UK'; odds are it won't be picked up for another run next year (or ever).

Here's an animation I made of what happens to an spectrum when varying amounts of line broadening is applied to the FID (aka exponential multiplication). S/N increases but so does the line width. (1/4)

Lunch today at Nature Towers was a cajun turkey stroganoff burrito... ( can confirm). I think it’s about time we stopped using machine learning to put the menu together...

This is a great article describing the inspirational work of Richard Robson. If you haven't read his 1990 papers then you are in for a real treat, they are amazing to read with hindsight. The man who built a whole new field of chemistry
