A Files plugin? Didn't realize that was possible. Sure hope someone makes one. Currently use FileBrowser at work and would like to replace.

Hmm. Does that ever go away? I always have apps that check background location and would hate to see that dumb bar all the time.

IOS 11 also forces apps to allow only when in app as an option. Always and Never are no longer the only options, which is GREAT!

I have two apps that use core location, when they're in the background, the banner shows. Some apps like Uber don't but always use loc.

Sad to hear. I like the idea and the knock-offs are plentiful in China, but I don’t think the hardware is their deciding factor.
