in theory, yes
in practice, all existing metadata was nuked, so it's more clean slate. is this good or bad? i don't know. we'll see.

not an actix-web user so zero impact to me but to the larger community issue re unsafe, would respond that *everything* is a house of cards, though Rust has a better story of craftsmanship and attention to detail than most
|
