Yesterday was a very difficult day, which saw my anger repeatedly hit the roof as I listened to a stream of Institutions given a platform to repeatedly say how great they’re now doing addressing CSA/CSE! I’ve lots to say of course, but the time isnt now, it’s later....

If she’s bothered about Britain “robbing” her of her mother tongue & Indian identity, then coming to UK to work as a journalist - criticising British colonialism (which ended 73 yrs ago) for teaching her English - is pure hypocrisy.

I hope National Trust members vote with their wallets and cancel their memberships in protest. Where are we at if even the National Trust will not defend the family home of Churchill?

too many folk listening to too many Corrie records. Great music but the 'Wha Wadna Fecht For Charlie' was over a long time ago. Even at Culloden more Scots fought with the English under Cumberland & than with Stuart's forces.....

what & the left is about is the destruction of our links with the past. It was done in communist Russia & China; result, mean, cruel colourless societies. No wonder Russians & Chinese have been buying back their past now, saved in the West from destruction

would be a massive improvement if those running LAs , police including and social service dep'ts across the UK actually fulfilled their statutory duty to protect children. Anything would be better than the dereliction of the last 20+yrs

Good move Hungary. Hungary rejects EU’s new calls for open borders, insisting on right of sovereign states to control their own borders In 2015, Viktor Orbán said that the swarm of migrants flowing into Europe looked more “like an army.”

that rules out which for yrs has supported movement of un/semi-skilled workers from the EU, (many jobs only advertised abroad) putting downward pressure on poor UK workers' wages. (see also Ch4 Dispatches, Premier Inn recruit' - cleaners wanted, must speak Romanian)
