I mainly test my software and I use a bunch of DAWs for that. I make music sometimes in Live and sometimes in Bitwig.

someone just accidentally referred to PayPal as PayPay which, arguably, is a better name.

Today Im paying my respects to my partner Phil Western who one week ago we found out of his passing. This song we made for the new album Unknown Room, paying homage to Dwayne Goettel’s absence. Now ironically a memorial for Phil Western. RIP...

I was gonna say actually, I remember thinking it looked really fancy with shaded notes and stuff. UI was often not a thing (ASCII representations) but that was shifting rapidly from Atari/Amiga/Macs

the one back then (Fruity Slicer + Beat Creator) was partly done by a 3rd party in Sweden that I introduced them to. I think they eventually re-did it alone.

More or less the same, though I was a StudioVision/Mac guy. I started using PC in production in 1998 (many early VSTs and other sound apps you couldn't find on mac) and bought Logic (4?) for Windows.
