I always wonder if I’d been diagnosed years ago would I be this broken today. I hope this initiative helps just one person from not ending up stuck like me.

My son was suicidal, remains Seriously depressed and yet counselling from the mental health team is at least six months – he just cannot wait that long

Go and see your GP to see if you can get a private referral if your GP is nice enough the surgery will pay for it if not go to the local MP or go to the office of the mental health and demand that he is seen as you are frightened for his own life

Is it catching? When I was young nobody had a mental health issue. Mind you we didn't have drugs and social media

Seems to be an increasing issue these days, needs to be made more open so young people and children can talk more openly and get the help they need.

Raising awareness is important, a majority of the people have some form of mental health issue, I suffered panic attacks due to my anxiety daily for months but found a way to control/stop them , more people need to be open about it as it is the first step to helping those issues
