embarrassing, we are not leaving Europe, we will always be European, we will always be close to Europe, remember only 27 of the 50 countries that make up Europe are in the EU. we are leaving the EU, not Europe, people should understand the difference

As an American this fascinates me. I can't think of anything quite as anathema than allowing yourself to be governed by unelected, unaccountable career bureaucrats who pull more power to themselves by taking it from you. Self-governance and independence are beautiful, Mr. Fry.

You’ve been absorbing the Brexit propaganda. There’s nothing “unelectable, unaccountable” about EU governance. There is a directly elected EU parliament, an indirectly elected council, and an unelected civil service (the Commission) - pretty much like every functioning democracy.

So much over egging of puddings here its getting silly, we are leaving a political club , tomorrow will still be Saturday , it will still rain a lot in the UK and Mrs Browns boys will probably win again next year .

And we'll all be poorer with greatly reduced options for our future. And it'll still rain a lot, and the people who voted Leave will still lap up Mrs Brown's Boys.
