What’s your veggie filling? I’m thinking of making pumpkin, sage and bulgar as an alternative to my spicy mexican chorizo ones.

Marmalade glazed ham goin in ‘toven - ready 6’ish. Wrapping keeps it moist so it steams in its own juice. After an hour or so I’ll call unwrap and decorate. Learn how to cure and smoke with one of our Artisan Curing & Smoking at Home workshops.
