💛You have to love early blooming irises, even if they are all yellow! 💛 house, 💛 irises, 💛 daffodils and 💛 weeds make for quite the show, if not for a lot of diversity. Next month comes the 💜 and 💙 irises.

Eating for a whole year isn't hard when you're already 7 weeks in & feel great. I've "gone " before, & I always feel great, but it's so hard to keep up. This is to try kicking in the inner ear.

Hey did you know that right here in we have the Excalibur factory? They have factory seconds! And if you want to buy direct, you can save on shipping. Right now I'm busy making flax crackers and orange slices.

You know you've started a diet when you've been in the kitchen for hours, half your "cooking" utensils are dirty, your lentils are soaking, your and are gloating at your toaster, and lunch will not be ready until tomorrow at dinner. !

When your dog is healthy is the time to find out where your nearest emergency vet is. Locate the nearest ER vet, get the information documented, put it in your phone & make a dry run to the facility.

Thank you in Sacramento CA for giving us back a much improved pooch! Acute gastroenteritis happens so fast, it's quite scary. But the Mollinator is getting back to her old self. In no time she'll be back to getting skunked, we're sure of that.

So what is the typical life expectancy of an microwave these days? If it's not going to last much longer than the five years we've had it, I would hate to spend the money to get it fixed.

Call me an optimist, call me old fashioned, but shouldn't a microwave that still looks this good still work? We've had this for only five years now. It quit. Suddenly. Cold sweet potatoes for breakfast are not fun at all.
