My iPhone X has had a issue where it goes from LTE to 1x. Just enough to interrupt any app to saying ‘offline’ then it comes back after 5 seconds. Anyway to fix this??

I had no signal on Monday and now again today. Can we get out of the contract now? I knew I should’ve gone with Verizon when I had the chance.
