What's the point? Nothing's gonna be done. It's just another example of something that was good and customer-focused being degraded. The customer no longer has a voice. Depressing.

Does it? And why should it matter who's driving the bus? Sorry but this is all just pointless excuses. Why did my ticket get me into town on the 197 but didn't get me home? Yet if I walk to the other side of town u could get a 192? There's no justifying it. It's ridiculous.

Yeah. That doesn't really help, though. I don't understand why you can get a bus into town and not one back. It shouldn't really be down to the customer to have an in-depth understanding of bus route politics. It's a public service.
