I just realized the Hufflepuff animal is a badger and I started thinking about how violent honey badgers are. It totally changed the way I view Hufflepuffs.

Good point. We specifically mentioned empathy in LAUNCH, in both the L and the U areas (in the book). However, I am also leary of false empathy, when people rush through it. I think empathy can take awhile in design.
