TypeScript has been one of the best frontend decisions we've made at . I just finished a five hour long refactor of a major component and didn't open my browser once. Kept going until all type errors were gone and guess what: zero runtime errors.

My post about using a domain-oriented structure in Laravel projects is still going strong. I'm getting lots of feedback on it, which I really appreciate. Now I'm thinking I might write a followup post on it, shedding more light on the topic.

🔥 In many cases avoiding `else` and using early returns will greatly improve readability of your code. I wish somebody would have told me this sooner in my career. Contrived example in the image. Real world example:

Naming things is hard. Before settling on Flare, we thought up more than 100 alternative names. Here are a few of them.

If you're using Data Transfer Objects from in your Laravel project, you can now migrate them into your database, or other destinations using UXDM.

The PR got merged! It's a small change, but it benefitted the performance greatly. I'm happy I was able to contribute something to this great package !

🧐 A question I heard a few times already about the new Ignition error screen package is about when errors are sent to the additional Flare app. Don't worry, they won't get send by default. Only if you're using Flare and when you add a Flare API key :-)

🤩 Happy to announce that and I released an early version of the Ignition tab, inspired by . Fetching data was hard, without API. Scraping FTW! Maybe adds an API endpoint at some point. /cc
