People who sing the lyrics wrong but still post the snapchat of themselves confidently singing the song are braver than the U.S marines

People who have never experienced abuse may find it hard to understand how you can lack sympathy/empathy over someone’s death, but honestly I hope you never have to understand it. These experiences give you a strange indifference in life that it’s hard to recover from.

Women can be abusers too, as the article rightly said, it is about morality at the end of the day and the lack of it.

Yes we make excuses & forgive, but Islam prioritizes justice. While an abuser can seek forgiveness, society must ensure that there is justice for the victim through an appropriate manner. Justice cannot be compromised no matter how publicly beloved the abuser may be.

That’s not true that “all men” or even all parents would be doing something if it was their sister or daughter... Bengali culture, especially, is not always like that.

I want THIS SAME ENERGY for the rest of the year. If I catch you listening to a Nas track you canceled. If I hear you bumping Chris Brown’s shit you done. If I catch you watching a Woody Allen film you done. If you still bumping that R Kelly at the family cookout you out.

I DON’T CARE HOW GOOD SOMEONE’S WORK IS YOU CANNOT SEPARATE THEIR ACTIONS FROM THEIR MUSIC/ART/ETC continuing to support their art is supporting their crappy behavior. Stop supporting abusers. (i.e xxx, kevin spacey, woody allen, chris brown, do i really need to continue?)

ok I get it, cate blanchett wore multiple cool suits in ocean’s 8, but that doesn’t mean y’all have to start hyping her up again when she publicly said she doesn’t regret working with woody allen and made a joke that her son is named after roman polanski :/
