unexpected finding.. likely pleural hydatid disease. Patient had a CT Chest 5 d prior, reported only pleural effusion. Thin walled fluid filled spheres floating in pleural fluid not seen on CT. Somewhat like GB imaging - where US may provide better info compared to CT.
