It’s a short cycle technique with more permitted variation than most waterfall, but not short cycle enough, or with sufficient variation for the truly complex. But it is I think legitimate and useful

Better Scrum is a tool, it works to do these sort of things, it doesn’t do these ….

I think that is OK, if you see it as a method for one type or context of software development

And Ken’s latest addition - adding a role, changing interactions is consistent with complexity

Well the use was an attack on SAFe which is a massive construct designed for training revenues. Scrum I think is Agile with its short cycles, but its not the whole of Agile

Johari is a self-help psycholical framework based mainly on how you are perceived or perceive you could map aspects to Cynefin but I can’t see why

Like NLP, the incorporation of some valid components in SAFe does not validate the whole. The former is established, by multiple references as a pseudo-science. I suspect SAFe will attract an equivalent fate at some stage in the fututure

Ive never understood why people compare a method like Scrum, with an attempt an an overarching framework (which includes Scrum and anything else with an Agile flavour) such as SAFe. The nature of the claims are very different

Well SAFe is unique amount the frameworks in that it is non incremental and all encompassing …. The latest adding in of DevOps was cynical beyond belief
