Idlib self-care: This thread is offered with 2 major caveats: it obviously only applies to those in the position of privilege of not being in Idlib, and Iโ€™m not an expert. Just offering ideas that work for me and may be a starting point in thinking about taking care of yourself.

I'm so confused. Is this a joke thread - or are you actually offering coping advice to western journos who've never been to Syria but despair over it from 10,000 miles away in a way they've never despaired over Yemen?

I think this is for Western Media Propagandists (aka journalists) suffering from cognitive dissonance and guilt pangs about supporting Al Qaeda terrorists in Syria.

Even for the sort of journalist who wants NATO to fight Rusia to help Turkey protect the Syrian Al Qaeda, this is a level of weirdness I have not seen before. Like if Oprah worked for the Atlantic Council.
