🖊️ TIL: that there is a `color-adjust` property and that it influences user print settings. (I'm rarely printing pages but hey – who knows when this could be useful ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

If `color-adjust` trumps all, then browsers are doing it wrong. 😅 “If user agents allow users to control this aspect of the document’s display, the user preference must be respected more strongly than the hint provided by color-adjust.”

Huh – I missed that line. I just quickly checked the generated PDF previews but it looks like Safari, Firefox and Chrome are doing it wrong. :D

Maybe it’s better that way. When Chrome removes the black background, it doesn’t ensure good text contrast.

Firefox does, but then why isn’t the text visible in the `exact` paragraph. These “don’t print backgrounds” options in browsers are not very reliable, it seems.
