I just don't think lessons and learnings are interchangeable in certain contexts. Lessons convey a one-off thing that was learned with regards to a specific scenario. Learnings is wider and deeper. Learning conveys a longer process of enlightenment IMO.

Learnings & lessons are completely different things. If I take an example from Jewish thought & study -- one studying the Talmud could take away deep learning(s), which is a longer, deeper process than a one-off lesson in Aleph Bet.
