“Be not deceived, Wormwood, our cause is never more in jeopardy than when a human, no longer desiring but still intending to do our Enemy’s will, looks round upon a universe in which every trace of Him seems to have vanished, and asks why he has been forsaken, and still obeys.”

As Christians, we not only never outgrow our need for the grace of God, but we also never outgrow our need for the grace of God in and through the people of God in the local church.

I can’t recommend this book ‘What about Evil?’ highly enough by . It is a biblical and theological tour de force. For someone wanting to dig deep into the so-called problem of evil, this is the place to start. It really is a remarkable work.
