2 hours of waiting on the phone, tweeting, emailing, trying to get a hold of anyone who can help, and I was just told that apparently someone ( phone support are blaming it on ) just removed one segment from my flight. They added it back. What a horrible exp.

Why are you even called an alliance if buying a ticket from one of you for another's flight means absolutely nothing and staff at DME are saying there is absolutely nothing they can do on their end.

I'm trying to check in on an flight in DME to go to YYZ via VIE, and am told that my ticket "is not in the system" and must have not released it. The only option I was given is to call AC who have not been answering for over an hour. The flight is in 2 hrs.
