Is there any way to keep upcoming projects visible in the sidebar?

Trying to live life in ES Modules is like having a Macbook with only USB-C ports. It's the future, but be prepared for a life of plugging dongles in and out. And nobody has any idea whether your dongle transmits power or interferes with other dongles until you plug it in.

Today we're open-sourcing an abandoned project: Tinker-app! 👴 It's a hosted, in-browser version of Laravel Tinker using Docker & websockets. Hopefully some of you find it interesting or useful. More words: More code:

Don’t disable buttons. If a user makes a mistake it won’t be clear what they’ve done wrong. Always let users click the button, and show an error message if you need to.

Feels like I'm always paying more, while the value the bank provides doesn't get much better. This isn't targetted at Monzo btw, just how I perceive things in general (and I'm definitely not an expert on the matter) I'm generally grumpy about this topic 😅

I personally always feel a bit icky when I need to pay my bank for banking services. The whole idea behind a bank is that they make their money with my money. And now it's becoming more and more expensive to have a bank account?

Those numbers are just what's included, their pricing page has prices for "extra bandwidth" etc on it per plan But yeah, if you're just using Netlify for simple hosting they're expensive. They provide value with instant rollbacks, cdn, etc

Honestly; it depends on how muddy the old CSS is 😬 Codebases with a lot of global styles or complex selectors will make this harder than codebases where most things are scoped with classes

Yeah, but that's the other way around. My point is you can *add* Tailwind without breaking anything. You can't say the same about Bootstrap. Getting rid of old styles is always going to take a while.

Not if you purge unused styles (which you should be doing with Tailwind anyways) It's even baked in these days

One of the merits of You slap it over any old codebase without breaking things, and gradually replace screen by screen.
