Yes I hoped that 40min pause was enough to make you realise that that was chocolate eating time!

I was asked to make white sweets but the person said she thought it perhaps it couldn't be done. It's no problem at all, they just start clear and are pulled until they're white. Sweets containing artificial additives use titanium dioxide to achieve the same thing. Yuk!

Hahaha he's a gag. I say the only time you should eat chocolate is between 12.01am and midnight. The chocolate free minute is so you don't appear greedy.

If you just boil the sugar & then cool and chip it, it will have a solid, hard, texture & slippery mouth feel. When it's pulled, millions of tiny air bubbles are introduced which gives the sugar a more opaque appearance & also give a lighter mouth feel which melts better.

Yep a good old fashioned quarter of sweets. These are pulled to be lighter and less slippery than regular boiled sweets and contain nothing artificial, just vey good quality natural flavours.

Oh they are. As a customer once said, and it stuck, 'there's a lot of zing in those wee things'. Lime and mint is a lovely combination.

Can't beat real bread. I can gladly leave the spongey everlasting cheap stuff. A ham, pear and blue cheese mayo sandwich on fresh wholemeal bread is sheer perfection
