If you suffer from self-doubt, , just remember, you’re not alone: even bestselling authors do! Don’t bottle up your fears. Share them. You’ll be surprised how many writers know exactly what you’re going through.❤ We may even have some ideas to help you! 🙂🐢 (hugs)

It’s midwinter and where I live that’s not a pretty sight. The cut flowers in the markets provide a bit of relief. I’m reviving a short story along these lines, perhaps this will prompt you as well. Happy Monday! ♥️

Now I've noticed it I feel compelled to point out that elf-scare is an anagram of self-care. Gaia, or what?

Hi ! I've been writing my speculative fantasy story for a long time (many years). 6 months ago I picked it up and determined to finish it. Now I'm getting close. I'm a twitter newbie but am really loving the writing community. Reading I love litfic, scifi, fantasy

Returning home after a busy work week on the road. Earlier in the week I encountered this. It raises questions, “Why is it always one boot/shoe? Don’t they notice?!” It sounds and looks like a writing prompt. Hmm?

While here, this morning, I finally (after months, I tell you) wrote the transitional line I have been anticipating. It’s not even a remarkable line, but this is how long it takes me to get through a scene.

It's not even a "deal with it." It's more a "Sorry, but this is the only way I can do it." I'm surprised by the... I guess confidence to flat out admit, "because of , I gotta do it this way. Sorry if that's a bother." My how I've changed.

Being a writer means you get to do things like jump on a bed and call it research. (Did that yesterday.) 😆 Tell me about your craziest things you've done for research.

Don't write for other people, . Write for *you*. Write what *you'd* want to read. If you enjoy/love what you write, that enthusiasm will come across in your writing & it will engage readers one day. But all that matters is *your* passion❤️for it. ((hugs)) 🙂🐢🍀

I have so been going all wrong on this. 1) I built my writing desk out of their bones but I never thought about using enemies' blood. 2) Paper is made from discarded skins of the Midgard Serpent: no-touch Great A'Tuin! 3) My last Pheonix Quill self-ignited on me!
