My (least) favourite type of ironic gripe: a tweep proclaims "how did this pass peer review, there are so many problems". Cat checks PRS, finds this same tweep was invited to review, declined because of lack of the right expertise for the paper

Science peeps who do administration: How does your department deal with space allocation? Which rules do you use? How do you deal with the variable funding in labs? i.e. when labs get more funding or lose a grant, how does that impact space utilization or assignment?
