Adopting the "left over" approach results in an ave cut of 72% in PFD's (from stat levels) over the next 10 yrs, an effective tax of roughly 31.3%/yr on a Low Income . Retaining the stat PFD & covering the deficit through a would cost ~5.7%. c: Wking Group

All are talking gross tax rate.Working for Families would still be targeted to lowest income working families. The Net situation also needs to take into a/c that flat tax & econ growth would open opp for families to improve their income more rapidly if they want.

Just for clarity - $10,000 income => $1,750 tax. $100,000 income => $17,500 tax. So same rate of tax but still very diff amounts of tax paid.

In backing a Salvini repeats the failed logic of "tax cuts create jobs." In the US, 40+ years of tax cuts, which primarily focused on the wealthiest & corps, have led to massive wage stagnation and the avg American with savings = to less than one month's expenses.

Line item worksheet updated for the ConfComm numbers. Bottom line: deficit (after capital) $1.3B. That equals a PFDcut of $2000 or (%AGI) of 5.25%.

Proving that he has no interest in the avg Italian worker, is pushing a 15% on income. But this helps only the wealthy who make money from investments. With revenue down, govt will need to raise VAT hurting who spend more on purchases
