I’m so disgusted. The man singing is Nate. He is an amazing dancer, advocate and father. Picture by Alex Matkze for at the Ponca Sacred Corn planting inside route.

The man singing in the face of hatred (the video that is being shared from yesterday's amrch) is an incredible advocate for his community. He is strong, resilient and fighting multiple battles for his community and family.

While everyone is here I’d like to say that Indigenous lands are being destroyed for oil and greed (stand with Unist’ot’en, , ), Native reservations all throughout Turtle Island are hit hard by the shutdown, and countless numbers of our women are going missing.

Think about what's happening here. South Dakota's law enforcement industry is gearing up for anti-KXL protests and don't want tribal members carrying guns.
