your driver claimed to be at my destination and never arrived. He then drove 20 miles away in attempt to get me to cancel. Why leave fraudulent drivers on your platform?

So there's some junkies that live nextdoor to me. Like, hardcore junkies w/no jobs or life. They always have people at their house (I assume they're all sniffing drugs off each other) & all of the cars parked in the street have stickers lol

you bury the under 18 years of age restriction for passengers who are not allowed to ride in Lyft. Put the fucking restriction in the goddam App! How many times do drivers have to notify Lyft of this tired ass issue? Fix this shit.

Used Lyft last night, driver was late and then cancelled on me. No cancellation compensation for me. If I cancelled, I would get charged. SAD! Avoid LYFT!

I guess it doesn't matter because clearly doesn't want/need me as a customer, but your customer service is pretty useless. So I can't use the service, but have to leave you with my credit card information? Any real help, or actual explanation, would be great

TO THE PRESS: After working non-stop on two jobs to supplement poverty wage that was paying me as their full time driver of 6 months, I’ve moved into a new apt and am no longer homeless. Please refer to me as “formerly homeless driver,” in your reporting. Thanks!

Today is 420, the unofficial marijuana holiday. Judging by how many of my and passengers smell, you'd think every day was 420. Do they even realize they smell like a Cheech & Chong movie?

Had a passenger complain to me about surge pricing. He said "Why should I have to pay a higher price just because it's busy in that area?" My response: "Why should I have to give you a ride and get paid next to nothing to do it?" Rest of the ride was pretty quiet.
