You can exclude URLs using the exclude feature (or custom robots.txt if you prefer). Then you can save it as part of your custom config, and supply that using the CL :-)

Finer configs will need to be supplied by setting up a saved configuration, and then using it with the CL. You'll need to use the UI to do that part (number 11 here) -

You may have seen, you can scale the visualisations by unique inlinks, or link score (PageRank) etc, which might be useful here. Yeah, all links is difficult to scale without them breaking. But we could potentially do something :-)

Cheers, Sergio! Do you mean all internal links? The crawl digrams are internal links, but only the shortest path (first link) obviously.
