sadly, it's going to be hard to do get another big relief package out. that's politics. what has bi-partisan support:?it's relief to small businesses AND money to people. plus if Congress says do another round. money would be in your bank account within a week.

Mitch is an urban planner from Colorado. With all the uncertainty that he and countless others who work in the tourism industry are facing during these trying times, cash relief would provide a sense of much needed stability.

That's not how prices work, nor is it how competition works. Every year when the Alaska dividend is distributed, everyone has sales. Ask yourself why that is.

MORE than half of Canadians support . They support economic security in this age of systemic insecurity. We need long-term policy to ensure that Canadians are better prepared for the crises of the future.

I just want our government to give regular, everyday people the bailouts, tax breaks, and federal assistance instead of Wall Street. That shouldn’t be too much to ask.

When you get a tax rebate check, are you a vassal of the welfare state? When you start receiving Social Security, will you be a vassal of the welfare state? When Alaskans receive their dividend every year, are they vassals of the welfare state? Read👇

Here's why it should go to everyone, Christine. Don't worry about the rich. Just increase their taxes more than the UBI amount.

It should always be UBI. Working poor people have had to choose in pre-pandemic society between being poor on Income Assistance or working to be poor... add kids to the mix and the systemic injustice is 🤮 UBI is the only way to break the poverty cycle.

Here's something about housing and UBI from an American context. Also just so you know, I've been focused on UBI since 2013, have easily done over 100 interviews, and virtually everyone asks about inflation.

By watching The Swamp on HBO, I learned that is a big Star Wars fan. As a fellow SW fan, I hope he takes the time to read this, to better understand UBI from the perspective of poverty as a constructed Death Star that we need to blow up.
