In Scott's Bag - Trip To China I'll be in China for about 10 days at the end of the month. I decided I want to travel as light as I can but still be ready for nearly anything. No tripod (Platypod instead) and the incredibly versatile Olympus 12-100mm lens will save my bacon.

For the curious - the next version of Luminar will be out in 2018. I can't give you a better answer than that, but it will ship in 2018. And every owner of Luminar 2018 will get it free. We're in very early beta testing of some key components, including the browser. Stay tuned...

As I get older - I am better able to slow down and appreciate the small things - it's tough to beat a fresh loaf of French bread - hot out of the oven and accompanied by some fresh churned butter - life is good.

Excited to be taking my first trip to the next week. I'm hoping for good weather so I can spend some spare time walking around taking pictures - I hear there's lots to photograph there.

The Hummingbird Harry Kemp The sunlight speaks. And it's voice is a bird: It glitters half-guessed half seen half-heard Above the flower bed. Over the lawn ... A flashing dip and it is gone. And all it lends to the eye is this -- A sunbeam giving the air a kiss.
