I splurged on “Black Betty” before I had my daughter. It’s a custom titanium frame by with wheels and Ultegra Di2. Riding this bike is such a joy.

I think the one that is more strategic and important is . It’s plumbing and glue. It ties together a whole ecosystem of applications, services and developers.

I often encourage co-founders to go on regular dates outside the work environment. This provides a low pressure and unstructured opportunity to spend time together, have some fun, and talk business and life. Every relationship requires investment of time, energy, and effort.
