What a phrase for a Sec of State to make. I remember so many Ukrainian nationalist and other nationalists from occupied countries under the Soviet Union who were trying to make the case for American support for liberation from the USSR. Many many Americans care about

Yes. He did a good job presenting how the trump crowd looks at impeachment though he favors witnesses. On these shows My producers work hard to get every perspective covered. Hope you find it interesting

This is about as level-headed a three-perspective discussion on Trump's impeachment trial as I could imagine -- and it happened on my show on w/ & Richard Goodstein

Such typical understatement from “it’s worth a listen.” Damn right it is. If the subject of an interview thanks abusive behavior and responses are way to go, it only assures that vastly more people hone into the substance of the exchange. Kudos to Mary Louise Kelly

. is a total pro. A perfect interview. The way this works is she gets to ask the questions and there is no agreement on what can be asked and what can’t be asked. And then Pompeo can respond or not respond, he can stop around angrily, but all gets reported.

Thanks for note. We have a great team at The Hill and try hard to approach issues from every objective angle. That said, I do agree that there is vast difference between whole of government approaches in foreign policy during Obama and what we have seen from Trump on Ukraine

Thanks for note. I keep my powder dry on politicos running but I think it’s important for people to look beyond knee-jerk moments and passionate bias and demand from Repubs and Dema vastly better explanations of America’s course. The US is sinking and doing it to itself
