I’m getting a whiff of white savior complex too. There’s just... so much to unpack.

If your friend says they don’t have money for plans you’ve suggested, your two options are as follows: 1. Incur the full cost of said activity yourself. 2. Suggest an alternative that is FREE. Not cheaper. Not £20. Not £10. Not £3. Completely free. Respect people’s finances.

Her name is Renee Bach, she is a narcissistic criminal who has been masquerading as a doctor in Uganda. Though having no medical training, Bach has 'treated' many children resulting in the death over 100 children. Ugandan & US authorities should be prosecuting her.

When I’m not overthinking everything my internal dialogue switches between elevator music and screaming. Sometimes, it’s both.

Definitely, it’s such a specific difference and it’s something people with very dry or very oily skin could probably stand to benefit the most from.

I use a hyaluronic acid serum at night, and occasionally a sheet mask if I think I need a little extra hydration!

I have oily skin, so I have to make sure to hydrate it. Not just moisturize, there’s a huge difference.

Listen, psychoanalysis already went the way of the dodo in terms of application and pure behaviorist theory needs to follow. Quickly.

And by that, I mean “go to a field where medication is less prevalent and less likely to be pursued, but be ready for the fact you’re still dead goddamn wrong.”

That should be the attitude. Not, “I’m going to impose my will and my beliefs on you to give you the treatment I think you should have.” Healthcare and therapy is a team effort. We need to listen to everyone involved, and not get our personal prejudices in the way.

I’m already seeing attitudes of “I know better” from these people and that’s not how healthcare should be. “Ive studied some things, and I have access to things that can help you. You know what you need and I know the tools at my disposal to get you where you want to be.”
