Worse. You'll have a broken digital thing that can never change because everyone assumes that changing the system will now cost tens or hundreds of millions of dollars. And often they are right.

Agree. Also good tech can’t solve bad processes. Often times the process changes can be made without law/regulation changes. Having the right culture in place is needed to enable the good process changes.

And can actually make it worse by masking the real issues that need to get solved. So often the problem needs to be reframed to get to real results.
