Advice from has long been to ask passengers BEFORE the damn things are built - we've worked with some operators to review new fleet but seems crazy it's not standard practice. I'd not buy a new sofa without sitting on it first!

Years ago, when my sister introduced me to her mates she used to jokingly say I 'lied for the government'. We laughed then but it doesn't feel so funny now. Agree I've never met anyone encouraging such bullshit tactics but clearly they're out there and it makes us all look bad.

I know it's not a guarantee but when you book 3 car seats with a big co like you hope they might actually have them for you. Shitty start to hol, braving a french shopping centre with 3 kids to buy seats we need for a week only. Cheers guys 😡

How old are they? My lot are under 6 so this may not be helpful but there's hours of fun to be had with puddles; hopefully you'll find a big one near a stage...take decent raincoats and embrace being outside rather than competing for undercover/tent space.
