Two 11 yr olds talking in the library on this Fed Election Day in Canada: Kid 1: “Who’s Barack Obama?” Kid 2: “...Michelle Obama’s husband.” Kid 1: “Oh.” Clearly too young to remember the good ol’ days in US politics.

Great Scott! There were almost 300 students in the library at recess on Friday-half the school! It was a bustling hub of activity-the photo doesn’t do it justice...(and many poor students trying to read amongst the din). So awesome to get to be your TL Lansdowne!

Teachers work hard in busy, diverse, and complicated classrooms every single day to ensure students get the support they need. Our kids and their teachers are worth investing in.

Teachers - if ur student is really interested in a book, don't take it away because "it's not his level". Engage a child's curiosity/passion.
