Below, the essay I wrote arguing for impeachment. I stand behind this firmly today.

No one held accountable for Wall Street's global financial crash either. Barr made Iran Contra go away. His "no collusion" assessment is part of a long history of our institutions failing us:

This is a standout 'cast even given the standout quality of the whole series. Seriously. Listen to these women.

Wtf did everyone get plea agreements and barely get punishment if their was no conspiracy? Who exactly were they trying to get when they offered Flynn, Gates, Manafort, and every one charged, sweet barely no jail time, plea deals? Trump, Kushner, Don Jr, Ivanka are walking free

Wise advice from : "I need you to fight too, in the way that matters most, which is inside. Authoritarianism is not merely a matter of state control, it is something that eats away at who you are".

It's completely reasonable for him or anyone else investigating this topic to be concerned for their own safety; threats are rampant and there have been murders and attempted murders. It's a transnational mafia case. Whether that impacted his behavior is impossible for me to say.

Here is the episode that goes with the impeachment essay, in which and I also warned of the inefficacy of the Mueller probe

Not sure; I still have questions. Probe was lackluster due to both mistakes Mueller made and obstruction and threats from outside parties. I've always thought that even if Mueller had the best intentions, this was an uphill battle: it's a transnational mafia turned kleptocracy.

Yes. It's great people are interested in voting but folks need to tackle voter suppression and election integrity before 2020. Doesn't matter how great a candidate is if people can't vote. I know I'm a broken record on this, but better a broken record than a broken country.

Listen to Gaslit Nation from the 1st ep -- Kendzior often said Mueller wasn't coming to save us. The podcast is an alarm clock that chimes publicly known facts. Your eyes open, invigorated (if Hulking out from rage at plain-sight treason, corruption & cruelty is invigorating.)

Here's the article with advice I gave after the election. It's the same advice I'd give now, after the things I predicted unfortunately panned out. Authoritarianism is about a mindset as much as anything else:

1. Trust your eyes, ears, common sense 2. Don't have baseless faith in institutions 3. Don't look for saviors 4. Look out for those more vulnerable than you 5. Stop caring what people think of you 6. Don't lie to make people feel better -- including yourself! 7. Live your values

I did! Cleveland to STL in what we in the Midwest call "an easy one-day drive", right? 😉 (My east coast relatives do not grasp this concept; I drove on the awful CT/MA/NY crowded highways last week and now I see why!)
