My daughter's first amateur panto. How does it differ from her regular professional panto?

Normally this week my daughter would be starting panto rehearsals. Sadly that won't be happening this year as the theatre has denied her the opportunity to take part. So she's in an amateur panto instead. But what are the differences between the two?

Does your child spend hours revising for a small test? You may be parenting a perfectionist - and it's not a good thing!

Mine shrunk a bit more after each child and they never grew again! They weren’t very big to start off with tbh

Not a nice vegetable to be offered! My son loved it over there because they basically just ate meat and bread at every meal 😂

That’s pretty much what we’ve had, but without the salad! He won’t even eat baked beans or peas and sweetcorn

We didn’t use them once the kids had turned about 5, but I know that technically you can use them until the kids are 12 at Sainsbury’s

Had a flying visit to Stratford-upon-Avon at the weekend because my son was playing rugby there. Had hoped to have a wander round, but the weather was just too awful

As the German boy isn’t home until late this evening we’re having spaghetti bolognese for tea! I’m so excited. He doesn’t like pasta, rice, spicy foods or vegetables, so we’ve been living on very bland foods for nearly a week

Perfectionists set themselves very high standards and may cry at 95%, while most kids are very happy with 75%...

you're awesome! I've never driven abroad. I haven't even driven in Cornwall. Those roads are way too scary for me!

oh dear! I have had many situations like that! I knocked over a sign at Tesco, scraped a trolley store at M&S and have scraped various other cars (I always confess!)
