Those things are pretty mature in Svelte. There are many big companies using it. Most of the animation of New York Times is built using Svelte.

Observable and observer pattern. It keeps a reference of the DOM which is bound to a specific state variable. Whenever the variable is updated, it changes the DOM directly.
