I feel ambivalent about this. It's always great to see new documentaries on MJ (as long as they are ACCURATE!), and with Barbara Walters involved I have hope, but Diane Sawyer was a prick towards MJ in life, and I don't want to see her mug anywhere near this production.

I was very pleased with the MJ doc that Barbara Walters produced and aired a few years ago, :"Man in the Mirror", so that makes me optimistic that this will be as good:

I just hope that this doc will dispel all of the "drug addict" lies about MJ's final days, and include pertinent exculpatory facts that came out during Murray's trial. I don't know how much this 2-hour doc will cover his 2005 criminal trial, but I hope that is covered as well

Of course, my preference would be for the ENTIRE two hours to be dedicated to the trial! That shouldn't surprise anyone, lol. I was happy that Barbara Walters debunked the "child porn at Neverland" lies in her doc, and I hope she can go into further detail this time around.

As always, I'll be live-tweeting it and adding my thoughts on it to this thread. And because this doc will air on ABC, it will be much easier for everyone to see, since cable is not required, and it'll surely be available online soon, w/ their other programming.

I won’t be able to watch the MJ doc tonight (I’m about to see Han Solo) but I’ll add my review to this thread this weekend. Let’s hope for the best but prepare for the worst!

I have recorded the "documentary", but haven't watched it yet. It is now online on ABC's website, and if you have a cable provider, you can log in using your credentials to watch it. If you don't have cable, you can select the "Get Instant Access" link to watch for one week

I don't know if people living overseas can watch using the "Get Instant Access" link, but you can give it a try. I will ask to download it if she can, to keep for her records and email to fans, although she won't be able to post it to YT due to copyright issues
